Sessions run on a fixed weekly schedule and are hosted by the desk’s educators. All times below are GMT — convert to your own time zone before the call. If you miss one, the replay is in the library before the end of the day.

How the live room works

Camera-off by default

The webinar stage shows the educator’s screen and a camera-off avatar for every attendee. Nobody is on camera. You can ask questions in text at any point without being seen or heard.

Educator chat

A live chat runs alongside the stage, synced with the rest of the desk’s community channels, so the educator can answer questions as the session runs rather than saving them for the end.

Mandatory live alerts

When a room goes live, you get an alert on the desk regardless of your notification settings, so a session you’re signed up to never starts without you knowing.

Auto-recording

Every session is recorded automatically from the moment it starts. Nothing needs to be pressed and nothing is left out because a host forgot.

If you miss a session

Nothing is lost. The recording lands in the replay library the same day, host and length shown up front, so catching up takes minutes, not a whole rewatch. Weekly-call access needs Trader Pro or above; the Friday scenario walkthrough is Trader Elite.
