Read this before you fund anything
This page says plainly what the desk is, what it isn’t, and what happens to your money and your data. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Risk warning
Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, indices, commodities and cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains, and you can lose more than you put in. Most retail accounts that trade CFDs and other leveraged products lose money. Nothing on this desk changes those odds — no course, no calculator and no AI tool removes the risk of trading, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something else.
Education, not advice
Everything on this desk — the Academy, the research terminal, live sessions, the journal and every AI tool — is educational content about how markets and risk work in general. None of it is personalised investment advice. We don’t know your circumstances, your objectives or how much you can afford to lose, so nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any particular instrument. Decisions made on the strength of anything shown on this desk are yours alone.
The paper trading simulator
The trading floor’s practice account uses virtual funds only — no real money is ever placed at risk on the simulator, and nothing you do there touches a real brokerage balance. Fills on the simulator are simulated: they don’t reflect the slippage, requotes or thin liquidity you can meet in a live market, particularly around news or at session open and close. A strategy that looks clean in paper trading can behave differently with real money on the line, which is exactly why the simulator exists before that step, not instead of it.
What the AI tools actually do
The AI Co-Pilot, scenario mapping, multi-timeframe reads and the Signals desk all produce derived analysis of price structure — support and resistance, trend, momentum and volatility read algorithmically and summarised in plain language. None of it is a prediction of where price will go, and none of it is a signal to act on without your own judgement. Levels are drawn from the data on screen at the time, not from any information about the future, and they can be wrong. Treat AI output the way you’d treat a second pair of eyes on a chart: useful, not infallible, and never the reason on its own to enter or exit a trade.
Subscription terms
Every plan starts with a seven-day free trial with full access to that plan’s desk. Subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually, where you’ve chosen that option) and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel — there’s no separate step to opt back in. Cancel any time from Settings; cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn’t refund the period you’re already in. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately and is prorated against what you’ve already paid for the current period; downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then. Current prices for each plan are shown on the pricing page and in your account settings.
Privacy, in short
Your account details, plan, journal entries, practice-account history and Academy progress are stored in this browser, tied to this device. There’s no separate server holding a copy of your trading journal to lose. If you connect a broker, only the account label and route you choose are kept on the desk — your broker login and credentials never reach this site; authentication happens directly with your broker, the way it should. Clearing your browser’s site data removes what’s stored here, so it’s worth knowing that before you do it.
